Die britischen DPM-Kampfhosen waren von den späten 1980er- bis zu den frühen 2000er-Jahren die Standard-Kampfhosen der britischen Streitkräfte. Das DPM-Muster wurde entwickelt, um in einer Reihe von Umgebungen, darunter Waldgebieten, Wüsten und städtischen Gebieten, eine wirksame Tarnung zu bieten.
Die Kampfhose war aus einem strapazierfähigen Baumwoll-Polyester-Mischgewebe gefertigt und hatte verstärkte Knie und Gesäß sowie verstellbare Taillenschlaufen für eine bequeme Passform. Sie hatte außerdem große Cargotaschen an den Oberschenkeln zur Aufbewahrung von Ausrüstung und anderen wichtigen Gegenständen.
Die britischen DPM-Kampfhosen wurden für das Tragen mit einer passenden Jacke entworfen und oft in Verbindung mit Körperpanzern und anderer Schutzausrüstung verwendet. Obwohl sie weitgehend außer Dienst gestellt wurden, sind sie bei Sammlern von Militärausrüstung und Outdoor-Fans nach wie vor beliebt.
